Manuel Moodley

CEO

At the age of 18, Manuel Moodley studied at Oval International College where he obtained a Diploma in Information Technology and Graphics. His call centre career Began at the age of 20 where he worked for DCM as a Sales Agent. Later on, he went on to join Velocity Call Centre as a 2IC for Cell C Connect. Wanting to explore further and Gain more experience, he joined international call centre JDL International as a Call Centre Team Leader for SA Getaway. Pursuing a change in the industry he went on to join PCS as a Call Centre Manager.

This is where he gained experience in managing an entire floor of agents. After a short Break, he returned to the Call Centre Industry as President of ACCS. Seeking to eradicate the flaws in the industry, he has taken on the task of getting agents to reap the benefits of professional Development and earning better income. This would boost the industry and morale.

Mr M Moodley has successfully brought the inbound International Call Centre applications campaigns to SA, where there are no sales involved, just Good professional advice and assistance. Now Mr Moodley, known as Mr M, is the CEO of Izingelosi Amaphiko International, known as (IAI), which is situated in Pretoria as the Head Offices and with three satellite call centers in different Provinces in South Africa.
